The Public Transport Authority’s (PTA) Transperth Train Operations Division is looking for an experienced individual to undertake the position of Senior Prosecutor.

In this role you will be required to lead a team of prosecutors and coordinate prosecutions for the Transperth Train Operations Division of PTA. You will act in an advisory capacity for the Security and Revenue Services Divisions on matters relating to prosecutions, including implications of recent court judgements for operational matters and PTA policy development.

If you possess effective leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment, substantial prosecuting experience, working knowledge of criminal law processes and very good advocacy and negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply online by following the instructions below.
